("OneTimeLogin," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the OneTimeLogin platform, including any associated websites, applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2 Service Description

OneTimeLogin provides a single sign-on (SSO) authentication platform that enables:

3 Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Service
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

For website owners integrating our Service, additional eligibility requirements apply as outlined in Section 5.

4 User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Enabling multi-factor authentication when available

4.3 Account Restrictions

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use another person's account without authorization
• Sell, transfer, or assign your account

5 Website Owner Terms

This section applies to website owners who integrate OneTimeLogin's SSO service.

Website owners agree to:

• Maintain their own privacy policy and terms of service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OneTimeLogin and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneTimeLogin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OneTimeLogin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit through the Service

13 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Effective" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
