To reset your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires in 24 hours for security reasons. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. You can choose between authenticator app (recommended), SMS, or email verification. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup. We recommend using an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy for the best security.

The $999 setup fee is due at registration — you pay it once when you sign up your website. After that, you're billed monthly at $0.05 per new end-user registration on your site, capped at $499/mo. Re-logins, password resets, and existing-account sign-ins do not count. We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfers (NET-30 invoicing available on Business+ tiers).

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months, but you won't be charged for the next billing cycle.

We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. SOC 2 Type II audit underway; target completion Q4 2026. Our data handling is GDPR-aligned and a DPA is available on request. Infrastructure is hosted on AWS with multiple redundancy layers. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
